<p>Sir earlier observation made by EEZO that no documents have been attached with the application form.</p>
<p>RO was asked to clarify on what basis application has been processed, please.</p>
<p>Now RO has replied that there is some technical glitch in the system, documents are not being attached with the application and has been uploaded by the applicant in the reply to the clarification raised by this office. All the documents required have been attached in the note history please.</p>
<p>Keeping in view of above, may if approved, the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 30/06/2027 with suitable terms & conditions along with special condition that the industry will get analyzed its effluent/emission samples from Board’s Lab within 02 months.</p>
