<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The PP has proposed STP of capacity 45 KLD. Proposal submitted for utilization of treated effluent for Green Parks (997.42 sq yds / 0.2 Acres) & road side plantation (0.2 acres) within the project and for disposal of excess effluent into sewer. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The site of the proposed colony was visited by the officer of the Board on 27.11.2022 and it has been reported thay th</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">ere is no rice sheller/BKO/HMP in 500-meter radius, MAH within 250-meter radius and air polluting industry within 100-meter radius of the proposed colony.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white; margin: 6.0pt 0in 6.0pt 0in;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">In view of above, if approved, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Consent to establish/NOC may be granted to the project proponent for the establishment of residential colony in an area of 4.15 acres for 79 residential plots and for the discharge of domestic effluent @ 45 KLD, subject to the following specific conditions that:-</span></p>

Bathinda.</span></p>
