S.O.438/P.A.9/1994/S-30/2016 dated 29.03.2016 issued by the Department of Rural Development & Panchayats, wherein the the manufacturing, stocking, distribution, recycling, selling or use of plastic carry bags has been completely prohibited in the State of Punjab w.e.f. 01.04.2016. </span></span></p>
