<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; color: black;">As per note of AEE/EE, RO Runagar, may if approved competent authority be requested that The (NOC) for expansion/'Consent to Establish' under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for one year for Juices @ 75 kilo ltr/day and Carbonated Juice based beverages @ 460 kilo ltr/day with suitable conditions and additional conditions including the conditions as proposed by RO that:</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black;">The industry shall get the building plan approved under the Punjab Factory Rules, 1952.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Segoe UI'; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black;">The industry shall not carry out any activity which falls in the ambit of EIA notification dated 14.09.2006.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; color: black;">Further, a copy of the NOC (expansion) may also be sent to the concerned District Town Planner of the Department of Town & Country Planning, Punjab with the request to intimate the applicant (project proponent) under intimation to the Punjab Pollution Control Board regarding their objections on suitability of site for said expansions within 15 days. in case no reply is received from the aforesaid Authority within 15 days, then, it would be presumed that the proposed site is suitable for the project from the point of view of above referred Competent Authority</span></p>
