<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">In consideration of the recommendations sent by RO; if approved, the <span style="text-align: justify;">Consent to establish (NOC) for Expansion under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 </span><span style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 71.4667px;">for manufacturing of Rice Bran Refined Oil @ 149 TPD and total production after expansion Rice Bran Refined Oil @ 225 TPD or Refined Cotton seed and other oils @ 98 TPD by using Rice Bran oil @ 300 MT/day or Cotton seed and Other oils @ 100 MT/day as raw material, </span><span style="text-align: justify;">may be granted for one year, subject to suitable conditions.</span></span></p> |
