<p>Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendations of R.O.</p>
<p>The PP has obtained CTE valid upto 16.6.2022 within the special condition "the PP shall submit the revised/amended EC within 02 months w.r.t. change in no. of flats as well as total built up area of the proejct and other necessary amendments from pollution angle."</p>
<p>The PP has now applied for extension in validity of CTE. RO, SAS Nagar has reported that the site of the proejct was visited on 28.12.2022 and it was observed that the civil construction work was under progress. As per agenda note, the PP does comply with the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.</p>
<p>If may approved, extension in validity of CTE may granted to the PP upto 23.11.2023 with the special condition(s) as proposed by EE, RO. An additional condition may be imposed that PP shall immediatley install a smog gun to capture/control the dust emissions being generated from the project.</p>
