Whether the industry has installed individual APCDs (bag house) with both the ball mills or common APCD has been installed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> 2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Whether single bag filter house has been provided as APCD or bag filter house followed by another bag filter house has been provided with the ball mills.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> 3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Whether the industry has provided any APCD in the raw material handling area, conveyance system, final product filling area.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> 4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Whether the industry has provision to develop green belt in 33% of the total area (1 acre).</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> 5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">No bills attached with the application to ascertain the capacity of the individual ball mill installed by the industry. Also, the completion certificate attached with the application does not specify the capacity of the ball mill(s) installed.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">In view of above, if approved, the Regional Office be requested to clarify the above to conclude the application.</span></p>
