| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry has deposited air consent fee of Rs. 11,880/- dated 16.12.2022, however, same has not yet verified with the application applied by it.
2. The industry is required to submit authority letter w.r.t. authorized signatory from the members/partners.
3. Compliance report of previous consent conditions in annotated form under both Acts.
4. The industry is required to apply for consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, which has already expired on 30.09.2022.
5. It is requested to incorporate the value of land in the C.A. certificate so can that the actual fee can be calculated and it is also requested to submit the ownership/lease deed of the land.
6. The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action may be taken.
7. All documents should be visible/readable and signed by owner/authorized person of the industry with seal.
The industry is requested to submit the above fee within 02 days.
