<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Now the industry has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 for domestic effluent only. The industry has also submitted the fee vide online R no. 429275060 Rs. 7000 dated 21.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974, which is valid upto 31.12.2027. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"> The site was visited by the undersigned on 27.12.2022 & it was observed as under:- </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">1.</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The unit is engaged in the manufacturing of waste from synthetic acrylic soft waste & acrylic hard waste.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">2.</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">The industry does not any trade effluent domestic effluent is discharged into sewer.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">3.</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">There is no source of air pollution like boiler/furnace.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">5.</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">As per the new categorization issued by the CPCB the unit falls in green category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Verdana, 'sans-serif';">6.</span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', 'serif';"> </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">As per DTP certificate vide no. 3647 dated 27.12.2021 submitted by the industry the site falls in Mix Land Use Zone as per Master Plan, Ludhiana (2007-31) and green category unit are allowed in this area.</span></p>
