CTE/Fresh/SAS/2021/16644851 dated 09/09/2021 having validity upto 08/09/2022 for establishment of Entertainment center for Video Productions and Photo shoots, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Earlier, the project proponent has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (App. ID. 20235001) and under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (App ID. 20152567) but same was returned online due to some discrepancies.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent has again applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Entertainment center for Video Productions and Photo shoots, alongwith requisite documents and fees.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted CA certificate mentioning cost of the fixed assets of Rs. 97 lakh as on 18/09/2022. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 21,500/- (Rs. 21,000/- under the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 500/- as application form fees) vide online R no. 742181918 dated 23/09/2022 (lined with App. ID. 19950881) and Rs. 21000/- under the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide online R. no. 288973988 dated 23/09/2022 (linked with App ID. 19950860). The consent fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 30/09/2027, under both the Acts after adjustment of Rs. 2100/- as NOC regularization fees from the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 consent fees.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted renewed rent agreement executed on 01/08/2021 having validity upto 31/07/2036 between Mrs. Sushma Rani wife of Surinder Kumar Verma resident of House No. 1083, Sector -40B, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as the landlord) and M/s H.L.V. Studios, SCO-90, 1<sup>st</sup> Floor, City Heart Kharar, Tehsil Kharar, District SAS Nagar through its Partner Mr. Hitesh Verma son of Sh. Surinder Verma resident of House No. 1083, Sector-40 B, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred to as the tenant).</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The site of the industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 29/12/2022 and it was observed as under:-</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left: 1.25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The proposed site is situated at Village Bhukhri.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The project proponent has completed entire boundary wall of the project and also provided main gate at the site.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 1.25in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; background: white;">The project proponent has constructed office building at the site and also constructed temporary hutment (i.e. railway station, police station, Hospital, Shops etc.) as the requirement of film/ TV serial show.
