<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted its CA certificate dated 14/11/2022 mentioning the cost of the project of Rs. 57.51 lakh. The project proponent has deposited Rs. 12000/- vide online UTR no. BARBR22347897441 dated 13/12/2022 under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 12000/- vide online UTR no. BARBR22347899623 dated 13/12/2022 under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The consent fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate upto 31.12.2032, under both the Acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted its partnership deed executed on 21/09/2021. The project proponent has also submitted its lease deed executed between Sh. Trilok Chand Goyal S/o Jogi Ram Goyal resident of #3823, Sector32-D, Chandigarh as Lessor and Dr. Manpreet Kaur D/o Sh. Surinder Pal Singh resident of #58-A, Model Town Kharar, Distt. SAS Nagar as lessee for the period of five years i.e. from 01/04/2021 to 30/04/2026.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has submitted analysis report of effluent sample (Outlet of ETP) collected by M/s Intersteller Testing Centre Pvt. <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of the above it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.12.2027, with suitable and special condition that:</span></p>
