<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The hospital has applied for obtaining consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Earlier hospital has submitted bank guarantee of amounting Rs. 75,000/- in this office, however, the same is going to expire on 31.12.2022. The hospital is requested to submit extended bank guarantee in this office and apply for CTO accordingly. Further, the hospital is requested to submit building plan approved from competent authority.</p>
