| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry has deposited consent fee under Water & Air of Rs. 2,16,000/- each dated 27.12.2022, however, same has not yet verified with the application applied by it.
2. The industry is required to submit authority letter w.r.t. authorized signatory from the members/partners.
3. Compliance report of previous consent conditions in annotated form under both Acts.
4. All documents should be visible/readable and signed by owner/authorized person of the industry with seal.
The industry is requested to submit the above fee within 02 days.
