<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">It is submitted that the industry was issued show cause notice of 7 days without hearing by the Zonal Office-II, Ludhiana as was directed to submit share allotment certificate duly signed by Chairman, directors and company secretary of CETP 50 MLD. However, the industry has not submitted any reply in this regard till date.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 20.7px; font-family: 'Segoe UI', 'sans-serif';">In view of above, case be sent to the zonal office for taking further necessary action in the matter with an opportunity of personal hearing, please.</span></p> |
