The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted latest analysis report of stack emission.
2. The project proponent has linked consent fee with the application.
3. In the application form, the quantity of raw material increase as compare to the previous consent to operate, but the quantity of the products are same, please clarify.
4. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan from competent persons under Factory Act, 1948.
You are therefore requested to submit the reply of the above said within 2 days.
