CTE/Exp/SAS/2019/11263179dated 12.12.2019 which was valid upto 11.12.2020 for Residential Project consisting of 11 residential towers having 456 flats in total area of 8.979 acres having total built up area of 1,04,835.444 sqm subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent had applied for consent to establish (NOC) for expansion however, the said applied was returned back with the certain observations raised by the competent authority.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Thereafter, the project proponent had applied for fresh consent to establish (NOC) form pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air(Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for Flats @ 614, Shops @ 24, Club House @ 1 and Temple @ 1 in total area of 8.979 acres having total built up area of124724.1 sqm and same was proceed through OCMMS.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent had submitted revised Environment Clearance granted by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India vide dated 21.05.2021 for expansion of group housing project namely &ldquo;Green Lotus Saksham&rdquo; with built up area of 124724.142 sqm located at Village Nabha &amp; Chatt, Zirakpur, Distt. SAS Nagar, Punjab by M/s Maya Builders in total land area 36337.638 sqm comprising of @ 614 flats, @ 24 SCO, Club house and Temple. The project proponent had proposed to treat total wastewater to be generated in STP of 450 KLD capacity. The total proposed solid waste to begenerated is 1299 Kg/day and same shall be processed in mechanical composter.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The promoter company had submitted copy of letter issued by MC, Zirakpur vide no. 9689, and 9721 dated 03.11.2016 and 04.11.2016 for sewerage connection and solid waste letter for M/s Green Lotus Saksham. The project proponent had submitted revised site plan of the project approved by competent authority.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent had earlier submitted feasibility report in which mentioned that the project proponent proposed to install STP of capacity of 450 KLD, which will be installed in 2 modules i.e. 1 no. 400 KLD based on MBBR Technology with additional skid of 50 KLD capacity based on same technology.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Thereafter, the project proponent was issued SCN for refusal of consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle alongwith an opportunity to submit the reply within 15-days vide Board's letter no. 6694-95 dated 29/11/2021.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent had submitted its reply w.r.t SCN and informed that wastewater will be treated in proposed STP of 450 KLD capacity. The treated wastewater will be utilizing for flushing as well as for irrigation over the green area development within the project. The remaining excess treated wastewater will be discharged into MC sewer. NOC from MC Zirakpur has already been obtained. He further informed that MC sewer line is at a distance of approx. 500 m from project site. also project is under construction phase and partial commissioning of project will take place in 2 years (approx.). Till that time, MC sewer will be laid in front of our project and will be connected. In case of MC sewer is not available then alternate disposal arrangements will be provided in the form of Karnal Technology before giving any occupancy in the project</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Thereafter, the project proponent was granted consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2022/17143301 dated 05.01.2022 which is valid upto 04.01.2023 for construction of Flats @ 614 Number, Shops @ 24 Number, Club House @ 01 Number, Temple @ 01 Number (total area of 8.979 acres having total built up area of 124724.1 sqm.) subject to certain terms and conditions mentioned therein.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Now, the project proponent applied for partial consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for operation of 318 flats, 24 shops, 1 Temple and 1 Club House alongwith requisite documents which may kindly be perused.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent has deposited Rs. 432000/- vide UTR No. HDFCR52022082992052685 dated 29.08.2022 under Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 434500/- vide UTR No. HDFCR52022082992053222 dated 29.08.2022 under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 including Rs. 2000/- as facilitation fee and Rs. 500/- as FDF. The fee deposited by the project proponent is adequate for three years i.e. upto 16.12.2025 against the total cost of the project Rs. 149.22 crores.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted compliance report of the previous granted consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well as Environment Clearance granted by the Competent Authority.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted completion certificate issued by M/s Shri Laxmi Engg. Works regarding installation of STP of capacity 400 KLD and project proponent also submitted dimensional drawing of the same. The project proponent has submitted wastewater flow chart.</span></p> <p class="Default" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; line-height: 22px; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">The project proponent has submitted an affidavit with Sh. Bhupinder Singh S/o Sh. During the visit, it was observed as under:-</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 45.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;">The project proponent has applied for partial consent to operate under Air (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention &amp; Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for the operation of 318 flats, 24 shops, 1 Temple and 1 Club House. However, as physically observed during the visit in the presence of the representative of the project proponent at present 02 towers having 108 flats are completed and ready for possession and 25 shops are constructed at site as well as club house and temple. Other 4 towers for which the project proponent has applied is still under construction / finishing work.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 45.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;">The project proponent has installed STP. The project proponent needs to install the flow meter at the inlet as well as outlet of STP. The project proponent needs to provide the connectivity of the outlet of the STP with the recirculation pipes through which treated effluent shall be used for flushing purpose as well as onto land for plantation within the premises.</span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -27.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 45.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; color: #1d2228;">The project proponent has installed 02 borewells alongwith flow meter for the abstraction of fresh water.
