It is intimated that PP has applied CTO under the Water Act,1974, RO has reported that PP is not complying with the terms and conditions of the earlier consent to establish (NOC) granted by the Board as well as terms and conditions of Environment Clearance granted by the Competent Authority. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If may approve SCN for refusal CTO under Water Act,1974 be issued with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days to PP. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by PP and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
