It is intimated that PP has applied CTO under the Air Act,1981, RO has reported that PP has installed 03 DG sets a\with canopy and without stack, and PP is not complying with the terms and conditions of the earlier consent to establish (NOC) granted by the Board as well as terms and conditions of Environment Clearance granted by the Competent Authority.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If may approve SCN for refusal CTO under Air Act,1981 be issued with an opportunity to submit the reply within 7 days to PP. EE, RO may also be requested to give his comments on the reply to be submitted by PP and send the fresh recommendation.</span></p>
