As per documents submitted by project proponent site is operational since 1952. As per policy of the Board, <br />"PPCB will continue to grant its consent to operate/ authorization to all industries not having any hazardous process, existing and operating in non-designated industrial areas prior to the date of notification of Master Plan provided the industry complies with the prescribed norms for the discharge of effluent/ emissions." </span></p>

<p><span style="color: #333333; font-family: Roboto; font-size: 14px; text-align: justify; background-color: #ffffff;">3. Railway good shed has submitted current gross fixed asset, basis which adequacy of consent fee is judged.</span></p>
