| Clarification Note: |
The applications of the industry for obtaining varied consents to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 & under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 have been scrutinized and following observations were made:-
1. The industry is required to clarify, how the industry has proposed to increase its production capacity from 25 TPD to 60 TPD i.e. type of machinery added or process modification to achieve increased capacity?
2. The industry is also required to clarify whether any new land has been added for the said expansion in the production capacity.
3. The industry is also need to clarify whether it is involved in de-inking of paper or not?
4. The industry is required to clarify the status of authorization under HOWM Rules, 2016 as per the special condition imposed during grant of previous consents by the Board.
You are requested to clarify the above said observations within 2 days, till than your application shall be treated as in-complete.
