earlier, Application of the industry was scrutinized and following discrepancies are observed:-
1. The industry has not submitted certificate regarding proprietorship/partnership of the firm.
2. All documents submitted are not duly signed.
3. The industry has submitted project report but has not submitted process flow chart explaining detail of process clearly.
4. And also not mentioned any detail of Air/Water pollution and its control, if any during its process.
Application was returned with request to re-submit again after attending above observations but agin the industry has submitted application without submitting above said documents/observations. You are hereby requested to clarify observations within 02 days. |
