The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. No details of industry profile, raw material products, water consumption and generation and air pollution generation details has been found in the application form. 2. The industry is required to submit partnership deed/MOA/Proprietorship certificate. 3. The industry is required to submit land use classification certificate of proposed site from Competent Authority. 4. The industry is required to submit allotment letter of designated authority in case it is located in designated zone/certificate of revenue authorities indicating distance of proposed site of industry from MC limits/ phirni/Lal Lakir of nearest village in case industry is to establish at site other than designated zone/area. 5. The industry is required to submit brief project report with manufacturing process/flow sheet. 6. The industry is required to submit adequate NOC/Consent fee. 7. The industry is required to submit fresh water/effluent/emission details in application form. 8. The industry is required to submit plantation area details alongwith earmarking details on map for utilization of treated effluent. 9. The industry is required to submit drawings/ details of ETP/APCD installed/provided. 10. The industry is required to submit approved building plans from Competent Authority.
The industry is requested to clarify the observations within 2 days to further process the application.
