<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Discussed with CEE, PBIP & your goodself and it was brought into attention that a complaint had been received against the industry regarding unscientific disposal of fuel/ fly ash by it and acting on the complaint; the industry had been given personal hearing before the Hon’ble Chairman of the Board on 24.11.2022 and the decisions of the personal hearing are attached for perusal.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, the application be sent back to RO to submit compliance of the decisions of the said personal hearing and to clarify to the points mentioned in the note of the undersigned dated 27.12.2022 and submit fresh recommendations for deciding the fate of the application of the industry.</p> |
