<p style="text-align: justify;">Please peruse note of EE (RO) & EE (ZO), the industry has tentative shares of 500 KLD as per 22.07.2022 and has now applied for 380 KLD. The discharge as per GNE-2022 is 470 KLD. As per report, the industry has sold shares of 120 KLD, which is a trading part and cannot be considered at this stage. As such, as per application of consent, it is recommended as that:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> 1. The directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 be issued to seal the machinery of the industry to limit its discharge to 380 KLD from 470 KLD.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Consent to opeate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted for 3 months with conditions as imposed in CETP member units.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. Consent to opeate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year .</p>
