CTOW/Fresh/LDH3/2018/6952115 dated 24.01.2018 and under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/LDH3/2018/6952171 dated 24.01.2018, both valid upto 31.12.2022.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;">Now, the project proponent vide its application, received through OCMMS, has applied for obtaining renewal of ‘Consent to Operate for the same. The PP has submitted requisite documents alongwith consent fee. The PP has deposited Rs 48400/- vide UTR no. 000130402294 dated 21.12.2022, out of which Rs. 42000/- as water consent fee and Rs 6400 as NOC regularization fee, Rs 42500/- vide UTR no. <span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>000130402347 dated 21.12.2022 out of which Rs. 42000/- as air consent fee and Rs 500 as application form fee against the CA certificate of Rs. 444.11 lacs. The consent fee deposited by the PP is adequate upto 31.03.2028 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;"> The Board has issued order vide no. CEE(HQ)F.No. 957/2016/59 dated 2/2/2016 regarding to grant of auto renewal consent to establish/consent to operate to the Orange & Green category industries. As per the application form of the PP, the D.E is being discharged into septic tank followed by plantation by the PP. No T.E is being generated. The PP has provided 02 D.G sets of capacity 125 KVA & 15 KVA, which are equipped with canopy.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #5d5d5d;"> Keeping in view the above, it is recommended that renewal of ‘Consent to operate’ under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the PP upto 31.12.2027 subject to the suitable conditions alongwith following special conditions:</span></p>
