<p style="text-align: justify;">The site of the unit was visited by undersigned on 27.12.2022 and found that unit was lying closed and there was no raw material inside the industry. Condition indicates that unit is not in operation from many months. Due to non-operation of the unit some pipes/ducts leading to boiler stack / APCD are broken and pipeline of chemical dozing leading to ETP section is also need repair. Hence, the industry is required to repair the same before the start of operation of the unit. The industry at site was also adviced to do the needful and then re-apply for consent to operate of the unit.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In view of above, approval for return the present application of the industry with an advice to resubmit the same after repair of all the ducts/ lines leading to APCD and ETP before the start of its unit be given, please.</p>
