<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, it is submitted that the unit has only attached the request lettter to the department of Forest regarding issuance of forest licence. Further during visit on 16.12.2022, the representative informed that they are in process of obtaining the licence from the forest department and will submit shortly. However, the unit has not yet submitted the licence of machinery from the department of forest till date and the scrutiny was completed on the basis of request letter. In view of above, if approved, it is requested that the application may be returned with request to re-submit the application afresh after attending the observation.</p> |
