<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">The industry has deposited additional consent fees Rs. 36200/- vide <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>R no. 429550843 dated 31.12.2022 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 33500/- vide R no. 987098653 dated 31.12.2022 under Air Act, 1981. After deduction of late fee and NOC regularization fee, the consent fees under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 is adequate till 31.05.2026.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted till 30.09.2025 subject to following conditions:</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The industry will maintain record of generation and disposal of hazardous waste of category 5.2 & 33.1 and will obtain authorization under Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Trans boundary Movement) Rules, 2016 within one month.</p>
