CTOW/Fresh/SAS/2022/20486208 dated 15/12/2022 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/20485885 dated 15/12/2022 both having validity upto 14/12/2023 for manufacturing of Hot Mix (BM) @ 500 Metric Tonnes/Day as products.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">Now, the industry has applied for renewal ‘Consent to Operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing for manufacturing of Hot Mix (BM) @ 500 Metric Tonnes/Day as products, along with requisite document.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">As per record, the fee already deposited by the industry is adequate upto 01.07.2025, under both the Acts against the fixed assets of Rs. 45.70 lakhs on 15.11.2022. The industry has not deposited and additional fee with this CTO application.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">It is also mentioned here that the industry has uploaded a copy of stack emission sampling carried out by M/s Environment Pollution Analysis Lab on 17.12.2022 and the results are as under:</span></p>

<p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="margin: 0in 0.2pt 6pt 0in; text-align: justify; text-indent: 70.9pt; line-height: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">It is worth to mention here that as per the office order dated 02/02/2016, it has been directed to process the cases of Orange and green category of industries solely on the undertaking submitted by the industry and since the project proponent has submitted the compliance report of the conditions imposed in the consent to operate granted under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the same may be considered as good as the undertaking to the effect that it is complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Hence, the industry was not visited by undersigned since it has apply for renewal of Consent to Operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1in; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">In the above, if may approved, consent to operate granted to the industry under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.09.2024, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions that:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The hot mix plant shall comply with the code of practice all the time.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall ensure that no black smoke is emitted from the stack of hot mix plant, at any point of time.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The industry shall ensure that the vehicle movement area is stabilized, at all times.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.3pt; line-height: 24px; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 21px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif';">The consent to operate is being issued to the project proponent based upon the documents/ information submitted by it alongwith the online application form. The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry/project proponent and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time, without any opportunity of Personal Hearing.</span></p>
