However, it is a matter of fact that the new occupier has taken the entire industrial unit through NCLT and is putting a lot of resources and efforts to make the industrial plant operational, yet again. Thus, in order to promote to the industrial activities in the State of Punjab and encourage new industries to setup their unit in Punjab, the application of the industry may be considered for short term, subject to suitable conditions.</span></p>
