<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry has also submitted Change of land, DTP letter, land documents, project report along with the application. The industry has deposited Rs. 6400/- vide Receipt No. 540450849 dated 22.09.2022 as NOC fee against the project cost of Rs. 150.22 lakh as per application form submitted by the industry, which is adequate for one year. </span></p>

The domestic effluent to be generated shall be passed through septic tank and one no. DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA with adequate stack height and canopy shall be provided by the industry.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The site was visited by AEE on 08.12.2022<span style="color: red;"> </span>and observed that </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">the proposed site falls on road emerging from (right hand side of tepla to banur road). </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">No village Lal Lakir/ Phirni, 15 pucca houses and MC limit of city/town were observed within 100 mtr radius of proposed site. </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">The proposed site is abutting the educational institute namely M/s Goswami Ganesh Dutta S.D. College, Vill. Kheri Gurna, Rajpura. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In this regard, the industry vide undertaking dated 21.12.2022 submitted the revised site plan showing plant & machinery location and details of machinery to be installed and undertaken that no impact hammer type and such machinery creating sound and air pollution in the vicinity shall be installed in the premises. The industry has proposed that the plant & machinery location shall be at a distance of 20 ft from the boundary wall of GGDSD Education Institute towards NW direction and 140 ft towards NE direction. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The proposed site is meeting with siting criteria laid down by Board for such type of industries, as certified by SDM, Rajpura and DTP and verified during visit. The competency to decide the case lies with EE, Regional Office being green category and small scale unit.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Keeping above in view it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted for one year with usual conditions and special condition as under: </span></p>
