The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent needs to submit status of progress regarding Pond Adoption and its maintenance in Village Bakarpur, Mohali, Distt. SAS Nagar, Punjab.
2. The project proponent has not linked consent fee with the application.
3. The project proponent needs to submit latest status of installation of STP of 6 MLD capacity.
You are therefore requested to attend the clarification within 2 days.
