Application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1) The industry has not submitted registration of plastic waste processors in centralized EPR portal and fulfillment of extended producer responsibility as per provisions of Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.
2) The industry is required to obtain registration under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.
3) The industry has not submitted compliance of conditions of previously granted consent to operate in annotated form.
Kindly clarify the above, within 02 days.
