The industry has proposed to establish unit in land area of 22K-2.5M, 11K-8.5M as per project report submitted by it. However, it has submitted land registration deed only for an area of 3 Kanals. Please clarify.
Further, as per MoEF & CC OM dated 23.06.2011, Preferably, natural gas should be used as fuel. In case of use of oil, it should have low sulphur concentration; otherwise, lime scrubbing should be done to mitigate the SO₂ emissions. However, you have proposed to use FO as fuel and no lime scrubbing has been proposed. Please clarify.
As per project report, it has also proposed to use silicon magnese and other alloys metals as raw material, but same has not mentioned in the application form. Please clarify.
