<p>The machinery to be installed by the industry was studied in detail. Moreover site of the industry was again visited on 02.01.23 to understand the manufaturing activity to be carried out by the industry. The industry has almost installed the machinery comprising of auto sander and sand washing plant. It is judged that the industry is a type of stone crusher and hence requires to apply under that category. Therefore it is recommended that the application of the industry may be returned back with request to resubmit the application under reevant category after complying with applicable siting guidelines.</p> |
