<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; background: white;">It is also pertinent to mention here that the Board had a meeting with the Punjab Marriage Palace & Resorts Association on 24.09.2021 and as per the minutes vide no. 22641 dated 14.10.2021. The Worthy Chairman of the Board inter alia has decided that till the full compliance of the guidelines as mentioned on 02.02.2021, regional offices to continue grant consent to operate to such unit for limited period of 6 months with condition for the compliance of the guidelines. However, in case of continuous violations or in case of no visible progress towards compliance of guidelines, concerned offices of the Board are at liberty to initiate action against the violator units as per the provision of law. As no violation is reported by RO therefore, may if approved consent under Air Act, 1981 may be renewed for six months i.e. upto 30.06.2023 with suitable conditions please.</span></p>
