It is intimated that subject cited the project proponent was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDHKH/2022/17912142 dated 06/05/2022 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDHKH/2022/17912130 dated 22/04/2022 both valid upto 30/09/2022 with suitable conditions and special condition as under:
1. The project proponent shall get its domestic effluent samples analyzed from Board’s Laboratory within one month.
2. The project proponent shall provide flow meter on the pipe line leading to plantation area of Dream City (Adjoining colony) and maintain record.
3. The project proponent shall comply with the provisions of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 in true letter and spirit within one month and submit compliance immediately, thereafter.
4. The project proponent shall comply with the guidelines of the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA) for abstraction of ground water.
5. The Project Proponent shall not add any additional air polluting process without obtaining prior written permission of the Board.
6. The project proponent shall continue to comply with the provisions of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 in true letter and spirit and submit report to the Regional Office, Fatehgarh Sahib.
You are requested to submit compliance of special conditions and to deposit Rs. 5070/- on account of effluent sample collection and testing charges in the form of Demand Draft/Cheque in favour of Environmental Engineer, Punjab Pollution Control Board payable at Mandi Gobindgarh so that samples may be collected.
