<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that Galaxy Height-II obtained the E.C as well as CTE separately. This project is part of the Supermega Mixed Use Integrated Industrial Park by M/s Janta Land Promoters Pvt. Ltd. and entire wastewater to be generated from this project will be treated with common STP installed by Super Mega Project. </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now the P.P has applied extension in the validity of CTE.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is further intimated that the SEIAA vide its letter no. 4421 dated 25/6/2021 addressed to the P.P, in which mentioned that "As suchM/s Janta Land Promoters Ltd. is allowed to treat the wastewater generated from Super Mega Mixed Use Integrated Industrial Park Project (all components), Sectdor 66A, 82 and 83, SAS Nagar in the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of GMADA as an interim measure till their 2.8 MLD STP will be made operational." In this regard, the PP has submitted an bank guarantee of Rs. 30 Lakh as an assurance that construction of the STP of capacity 2.8 MLD witin the project site of Super Mega Mixed Use Integarated Industrial Park Project, Sector 66A, 82 & 83, SAS Nagar will be completed with the period of 18 months 17 days i.e. upto 31/12/2022 and had also ensured that they will install a STP of 2.8 MLD capacity well before the 31/12/2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that R.O has reported that the P.P has not commissioned the STP, construction work in progress, no occupancy has been made, about 200 labour lives in the hutments, labour informed that the labour from here work in JLPL projects (Galaxy-II, I) etc. and the wastewater from toilets is disposed into septic tank which is further being cleared through tankers. Further, no mode of disposal of the same into plantation area was observed. R.O has also reported that P.P has submitted a reply wastewater generated from toilet of labour is ebing is collected in septic tank and same is being for plantation purposes but same was not verified by R.O. At this stage, following action may be taken:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1) <!--[endif]-->E.C of Rs. 1.0 Lacs may be imposed on the project proponent as degrade the environment (as wastewater lifted through tankers from septic tank).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2) <!--[endif]-->Extension in the validity may be extended upto 30/11/2023 with the following additional special condition that:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->a. <!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall not give possessions to the owners without prior permission of the Board or till then the project proponent (Supermega Mixed Use Integrated Industrial Park by M/s Janta Land Promoters Pvt. Ltd) has not commissioned the common STP alongwith scientific mode of disposal.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->b. <!--[endif]-->The project proponent will lay down the treated water line from GMADA STP, Sec-83 to Sec-66A and Sector-82, within 3 months in compliance with its letter dated 8/7/2021. The project proponent will keep a record of treated wastewater from GMADA STP used for plantation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->c. <!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall install the smog gun to control the dust emission to be generated from the construction activities of the project.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->d. <!--[endif]-->The project proponent shall not operate its existing DG set of capacity 125 KVA till then the project proponent has not provided adequate stack height on the DG set of capacity 125 KVA.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->e. <!--[endif]-->E.E, Regional Office may also be requested to visit the site to verify the mode of disposal of wastewater generated from labour toilets as well as verify the whether project proponent has provided adequate stack height attached with DG set of capacity of 125 KVA. E.E, Regional Office may also be keep a vigil on the project, project proponent shall not make occupancy within its project till adequate arrangements for the treatment and for disposal of the treatment are made.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3) <!--[endif]-->MS (SEIAA) may be informed in reference to SEIAA letter no. 4421 dated 25/6/2021 that P.P has not installed STP of 2.8 MLD capacity as per prescribed period given to project proponent i.e. upto 31/12/2022.</p>
