<p style="text-align: justify;">Sir, it is submitted that the unit has not filled the application form properly and has mentioned the products as river bed material and has not mentioned <span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 11pt;">Crushed Sand Bitumen @ 60 MT/day. It has also not attached analysis report as earlier the unit was granted short term consent due to lack of sampling report. Further, the unit was also visited on 02.01.2023 and was found not in operation and not complying with the code of practice stipulated for such units. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', 'serif'; font-size: 11pt;">Therefore, it is requested that the application may be returned and recommendations for issuing show cause notice will be separately sent through e-noting.</span></p>
