File Note: <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The unit is a Marriage Palace having capacity of 300 chairs indoor and 300 chairs outdoor and was granted consent under Water Act, 1974 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>&amp; Air Act, 1981 both valid upto 30.09.2020 with domestic effluent @ 8.0 KLD to be used onto land for plantation after septic tank&nbsp;.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">&nbsp;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Thereafter, the marriage palace was visited by the officer of Board and was found violating the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 and thereafter, directions u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 were issued for the disconnection of the electric connection and the sealing of DG Sets without canopy.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">&nbsp;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>In compliance, the DG&nbsp;&nbsp;sets of capacity 62 KVA, 20 KVA and 12.5 KVA without canopies were sealed on 23.11.2022 by Regional Office. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">&nbsp;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span>Now, the marriage palace has applied for consent under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981. The marriage palace was visited on 22.12.2022 and observed that the marriage palace was not in operation and the electric connection of the palace was found disconnected and the DG Sets were found with canopy &amp; the seals were found intact. The PSCPL Authorities has issued TDCO No. 10020140957 dated 19.12.2022 w.r.t. disconnection of electric supply to the marriage palace.&nbsp;&nbsp;The representative of the marriage palace informed that they have installed new canopies on the sealed DG Sets.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;One oil &amp; grease trap followed by septic tank of adequate size is provided for the treatment of domestic effluent and same is discharged onto land for gardening &amp; lawns within the premises. The marriage palace has provided compost pits at the backyard for the disposal of bio-degradable waste.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>In view of above, it is recommended as under:</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">1)</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the marriage palace for six months with suitable conditions.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">2)</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The electric connection of the marriage palace may be re-stored temporarily for six months.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: normal; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">3)</span><span style="font-size: 7.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black; mso-bidi-language: PA;">The DG Sets earlier sealed by the Board may be de-sealed as the same have been provided with canopies.
