It is further submitted that as per the letter issued by DTP Ludhiana (Copy attached) vide no. 3647 dated 27.12.2021, the green category industry is permissible in mix land use. There is no source of generation of trade effluent, only domestic effluent is generated, which is discharged into the sewer.
