Harpal Rai, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>subject to the suitable conditions mentioned therein.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Wingdings; mso-fareast-font-family: Wingdings; mso-bidi-font-family: Wingdings;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">Ø<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Now, the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for operation of raw rice shelling unit to manufacture raw rice @ 2 TPH with dryer alongwith operation of sortex machine of capacity 2 TPH. Accordingly, the industry has deposited Rs. 13,700/- vide UTR No. N256222118308006 13.09.2022 and Rs. 13,700/- vide UTR No. N256222118317949 dated 13.09.2022 under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, which is adequate for a period upto 31.03.2026 under both the Acts.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify;">Keeping in view of the above may if approved renewal of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2025 for operation of the industry for manufacturing of raw rice @ 2 TPH with dryer alongwith operation of sortex machine of capacity 2 TPH, subject to the suitable conditions.</p> |
