<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; color: black; mso-themecolor: text1; background: white;">It is submitted that the poultry farm was visited on 26.12.2022 and observed that the project proponent has constructed two no. double storey sheds and one no. single storey shed for broiler birds. The project proponent has provided pucca pit for storage of dead birds in its premises and same was found properly covered. No smell/flies were observed during the visit. The domestic effluent was being discharged after passing through septic tank for plantation purpose. The poultry farm is meeting with sitting criteria as observed during visit and as per report of SDM, Rajpura except the point that “<em>The Poultry sheds should not be located within 10 m from farm boundary for cross ventilation and odour dispersion</em>”, as the poultry farm has not provided farm boundary all along its premises. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
