<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span></span></strong><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">Earlier, the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 were granted to the subject cited stone crusher for manufacturing of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 3500 CFT/day, Washed Sand @ 1300 CFT/day & Big Boulders @ 500 CFT/day by using River Bed Material @ 5300 CFT/Day vide online reference no. CTOW/Renewal/PKT/2022/19655410 & CTOA/Renewal/PKT/2022/19655401 dated 29/09/2022, which are valid upto 31/03/2023 respectively. </span></span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Now, the stone crusher has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) for expansion from pollution angle to install New Additional Machinery (One No. Ropatactor, One no. Vibrating Screen & One no. Sand Warm) in its existing industrial unit to manufacture additional quantity of Washed Crushed Bajri @ 10000 CFT/day, Washed Sand @ 6000 CFT/day & Big Boulders @ 2000 CFT/day by using River Bed Material @ 18000 CFT/Day.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> As per the project report submitted by the industry, the industry has proposed to install (One No. Ropatactor, One no. Vibrating Screen & One no. Sand Warm). The industry has install one no. D.G. set of capacity 320 KVA, which is provided with canopy. The industry to generate trade effluent from washing @ 50 KLD and same will be 100% re-circulated after passing through settling tanks. The domestic effluent/generated @ 0.5 KLD will be discharge into septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="margin-right: 4.8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry has deposited Rs. 6100/- vide UTR No. 776166345 dated 27/12/2022 as NOC fee for one year period and including Rs. 500/- as form downloading fee against the total fixed assets value of Rs. 90.21 lacs.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 22.55pt; line-height: 150%; margin: .05pt 4.85pt .0001pt 5.4pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> As per application form, the total crushing capacity after expansion shall be 18000 CFT/Day and<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>as per Department of Science, Technology & Environment, Govt. of Punjab notification No. 3/35/2013-STE (4)/737 dated 30/07/2013, the total requirement of land for stone crushing capacity upto 10,000 CFT/Day is 0.4 hectare or 1 acre and the stone crusher is satisfying the said criteria.</span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 26/12/2022 and observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: .15pt 5.1pt .0001pt 30.35pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">The stone crusher stopped the installation of new equipment after the previous visit by the Board officers and has not recommenced any construction for the expansion purpose, however, the area has been demarcated by the project proponent.</span></span></p>
<p class="TableParagraph" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -22.5pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: .15pt 5.1pt .0001pt 30.35pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;">The existing unit of the stone crusher is in operational condition and was found complying with the code of practice prescribed by the Board for stone crushers.</span></span></p>

No 57/2020 or any relevant orders of Competent Authority in related matter.</span></span></p>
