<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has obtained the valid CTO under Water Act,1974 which was valid upto 14/12/23 then RO was requested that d to keep a strict vigil on the hot mix plant to not operate without complying with the code of practice framed by the Board for the Hot mix plant as well as without providing the septic tank.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now the industry has applied for renewal of CTO under the Water Act, 1974. The CTO applied by the industry has been processed without a visit by RO as per the office order dated 02/02/2016.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">If may approve CTO under Water Act, 1974 be renewed up to 30.09.2024, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed EE, RO as well as previously granted CTO. EE, RO may also be requested to keep a strict vigil on the hot mix plant to not operate without complying with the code of practice framed by the Board for the Hot mix plant as well as without providing the septic tank.</span></p>
