The industry has not submitted the undertaking regarding no increase in production capacity as well as upgradation od APCD in requisite format. 2. The industry has not submitted the bills for increase in fixed assets. 3. The industry has submitted the compliance report of the industry namely M/s Sant Attar Singh Rice Mill, which needs to be corrected.</span></span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 0in; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The industry was raised clarification to submit the reply within 2 days. However, the industry has failed to submit the reply within stipulated time period.</span></p>
