| Clarification Note: |
Please submit the compliance of the following additional conditions within 03 days, which are as under:
1. The Hotel shall submit the land use certificate of the site from the competent authority within this period.
2. The Hotel shall submit the approved building plan from the office of DTP, SAS Nagar.
3. The Hotel shall submit the analysis report of the treated effluent within 02 months.
4. The Hotel shall maintain the complete record regarding the generation, treatment and disposal of treated effluent.
5. The Hotel shall not dispose off treated effluent in un-scientific manner and shall be fully responsible for the transport and disposal of treated effluent. |
