<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 56.25pt; mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The application was scrutinized and observed that the industry was granted consent<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 with special conditions that the industry shall submit bank guarantee of Rs. 2.0 lacs as an assurance to achieve the prescribed standards. However, the industry has not submitted the same with the application. Also the industry has not filled built up area as well as power load in application form. <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has reduced its raw material i.e Pulp of Green Chilli ,Red Chilli , Tomato, Carat from 300 Kgs/day to 200 Kgs/day, Moreover, the industry has removed Sauces & squashes from its production which was earlier present during grant of previous consent, which needs to be clarify. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white; mso-ansi-language: EN-US;">If approved, the application applied by the industry may be <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>returned with request to resubmit the same after rectifying above said observations.</span></p>
