<p style="text-align: justify;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO. It is intimated that the industry has obtained the valid CTO under Air Act,1981 which was valid upto 14/12/23 then RO was requested to keep a strict vigil on the hot mix plant to not operate without complying with the code of practice framed by the Board for the Hot mix plant as well as till provided the canopy on its DG set without canopy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Now the industry has applied for renewal of CTO under the Air Act,1981. The CTO applied by the industry has been processed by RO without a visit as per the office order dated 02/02/2016.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If may approve CTO under Air Act, 1981 be renewed up to 30.09.2024, subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed EE, RO as well as previously granted CTO. EE, RO may also be requested to keep a strict vigil on the hot mix plant to not operate without complying with the code of practice framed by the Board for the Hot mix plant as well as till provided the canopy on its DG set without canopy.</p>
