<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is intimated that the industry was served notice to issue directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing vide Board's letter no. 78-79 dated 3/1/2022 before the CEE (P) of the Board on 12/1/2023 thorugh E-Office no. 64151 <strong>(copy attached). </strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">If approved, RO may be requested to give comments whether the site is suitabile for such type of industry or not and send the clear cut recommendations.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></p>
